NYTD stands for National Youth in Transition Database. Kansas is collecting information through a survey to find out about independent living services provided to youth age 17, 19 and 21.
NYTD stands for National Youth in Transition Database. NYTD was created to collect information from youth like yourself about independent living services from the State of Kansas. NYTD will also be used to get feedback from you through this survey.
Please take 15 minutes to complete the survey. We want to continue to stay in touch with you. You will be contacted again when you turn 19 and again at 21 to take the survey. Each time you complete one of these three surveys you will be eligible for a gift.
