If you want to apply for medical assistance, you cannot apply online for those benefits.

When you start filling out the online application and need to stop, you should protect your information from being seen by non-authorized persons by clicking on the Quit/Save button. This will allow you to come back and finish the application later. Also, if you are filling out the online application in a public location, do not leave the computer while you are filling out the form because your information could be seen by non-authorized persons.

The following are supported Web browser and Client operating system combinations:

Using an older version than those listed above can cause difficulties such as:
  • Data not displaying on part or all of the screen,

Each supported browser requires installation of the Oracle Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.4.2 or above.

The Self-Assessment and Online Application have been developed and tested using JAWS 11.0.

If your browser does not support scripting, you may not be able to complete these forms online. As an alternative, you may want to access a computer at your local library.
